Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks (born April 15 1977) is a famous American actress best well-known for her character Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons of the historical drama on AMC's Mad Men. It was her role in Mad Men that garnered Christina Hendricks 6 Emmy Awards for her performance in the category of Best Supporting Actress. Her work has been recognized throughout her two-decade career for her performances in the lawyer thriller Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. Some of her films include Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. The voice actress also played the role of characters in films like Toy Story 4 Scoob!, Toy Story 4: Up on the Hill as well as From Up on Poppy Hill. Her modeling career started in the early days of modeling and continued through the years, until her first appearance as a TV actor with Undressed which was a 1999 TV series. Her first major role in the comedy-drama series Beggars and Choosers. After her appearance, she received praise for the part she played in Firefly. Esquire magazine ranked her as the most attractive woman in America in 2010 and voted it the sexiest women around the globe.

Her drama teacher spotted her slicing across the lawn in an effort not to miss the field hockey game, he advised she to not practice and be part of the cast in Richard III and thus began her love affair with acting.
